Crain’s Chicago Business has released their list of Notable Black Leaders and Executives for 2021, and we’re delighted to announce that Dr. Judith Allen is on that list! Dr. Allen serves as COO and Clinical Director at CIS of Chicago.
Over the past 18 months, Dr. Allen has adapted the organization’s program and HR capabilities to online platforms in response to COVID-19. She has launched new program initiatives to support the mental health and wellbeing of students and families of color, including Mental Health First Aid. And she has guided our CIS team in surrounding students with a community of support.
